Program: Residential, hands-on, co-creation.
Aim: Our aim is to groom the guests to continue the cooking in their respective countries. So the spices/ingredients using are available in Indian stores all over the world.
Participants: The classes are designed to suit singles, small group of travellers, families who combine activities along with cooking.
Method: Preparation for the food will start on the previous day. The food prepared are served as breakfast and dinner.

Limitations:
No lunch will be cooked or served.
